We service TENWAYS e-bikes. At the moment we're not able to take in other brands — our bandwidth is limited to the TENWAYS line we know inside out.

What we do

• Warranty repairs on motor, battery, controller, and torque sensor
• Spring inspections and regular maintenance — brakes, tires, drivetrain, and firmware updates
• Belt and chain swaps, gear and brake adjustments
• Diagnostics for faults, smart connectivity, and electrics

What's useful to bring

• The bike itself and the battery key
• Order number if it's a warranty job
• A description of what's wrong — noises, symptoms, or what was happening when it started

If you're not sure what's wrong — call anyway. A lot of bike behaviour that seems odd is easy to fix after a couple of minutes on the phone.
