TENWAYS AGO AIR Belt Drive

The TENWAYS AGO AIR Belt Drive is the premium variant of the AGO AIR trekking platform — same 80 Nm mid-drive motor and 560 Wh battery as the standard AGO AIR, but paired with the Gates CDX carbon belt and Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub for silent, maintenance-free riding. Air suspension fork up front, 1.35 kg lighter overall.

Belt Drive vs Chain Drive

The Belt Drive is the premium variant of the AGO AIR. Same chassis, motor, and battery as the Chain Drive version — the differences are in the drivetrain and fork:

• Drivetrain — Gates CDX carbon belt + Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub (vs Shimano CUES 9-speed external chain on Chain Drive)
• Fork — air suspension with tuneable preload (vs hydraulic suspension on Chain Drive)
• Weight — 23.5 kg net (vs 24.85 kg)
• Maintenance — virtually zero on belt + internal hub; chain version requires periodic chain lubrication and derailleur adjustment
• Gearing — 5 internal gears (100–263% range) on Belt; 9 external gears on Chain
